ASUS is preparing to unleash another Full HD monitor in Japan called the PA238Q. Featuring an IPS panel, this new 23-inch LED-backlit monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio (up to 50 million:1), 250 cd/m2 brightness, 6ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Not to mention, it also comes with an integrated 4-port USB 2.0 hub and features DVI-D, mini D-Sub, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. The PA238Q will go on sale from December 17th for 29,800 Yen (about $382).
