Lindy Electronics has announced the availability of the USB 3.0 multi-card reader that provides a maximum data transfer rate of up to 5Gbps. The device comes with 5 memory card slots for Compact Flash, Memory Stick Pro Duo, SD/Mini-SD, microSD/TransFlash and xD cards. This card reader supports the latest memory card variants such as SDHC, SDXC and CF UDMA. What’s more, it is also backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 interfaces. Measuring 74mm x 60mm x 18mm, the Lindy USB 3.0 multi-card reader is priced at €29,99($40) including tax.
