Rumor has it that the 6th generation smartphone from Apple- the iPhone 5 will come in October this year, a later release date than the original launch supposedly in June. Whether it's meant to coincide with Steve Jobs' 1st year death anniversary on the 5th of October, we'll never know for sure.

Another theory why it will come out late is that there is a shortage of Qualcomm's 28 nanometer LTE chips apparently to be used in iPhone 5 to make it a 4G LTE ready.



Other features may include several software upgrades, a 4-inch screen from iPhone 4S' 3.5 and of course an overhaul of its design for a complete new gizmo look. So to all Apple fans out there, we'll keep you posted so you can grab one yourself as soon as we'll hear it's finally out in the market.
