GT780DX is the first notebook in the world to break 4GHz barrier. Reportedly, the laptop packs a limited edition Intel Core i7-2920XM Extreme Edition quad-core processor and touches 4.16GHz core clock speed. MSI reports that when you compare MSI GT780DX to notebooks with Core i7-2630QM, CPU performance increases by at least 43%. The CPU calculates “Super PI 32MB” a minimum of 52% faster which is very helpful for decimal number and complex multifunction calculations. For example, the time required to compress a 1GB file drops from 3 minutes 6 seconds to 2 minutes 9 seconds—44% less time.

Features include 17-inch widescreen LCD display, NVIDIA GeForce GTX570M discrete graphics card with 3GB GDDR5 memory, four memory slots, two hard drive slots, exclusive Cooler Boost overclocking heat dispersion system, 2.1 channel sound system, and 9-cell battery.

All this and more while maintaining 3.85Kg weight!
