Meizu EP-40 Headphones Specifications and Pictures
MEIZU, the company behind the purported iPhone killer – the Meizu MX, has announced the launch of the MEIZU EP-40 headphones. Said to combine high grade sound with the convenience of a wired remote control and microphone, they are touted to be the company’s best sounding headphones yet. For those of you who didn’t know, MEIZU were in the music player business before they started making mobile phones, so they know a thing or two about audio.
The EP-40 headphones features 3 earplugs in different sizes, a microphone and remote (compatible with MEIZU phones), and High-speed Response Technology that helps to reproduce music the way it was intended to be heard. To top it all off, the headphones come in a unique and interestingly designed vinyl disc shaped packaging.
The EP-40 headphones will be available on March 31st in China and Hong Kong, and will retail for 268 CNY and $269 HKD respectively. There was no mention of a worldwide release, but given the chance we wouldn’t mind giving them a shot.
