Logitech’s latest business-oriented webcam is the ConferenceCam BCC950, a $249 device that combines a webcam with speakerphone in one device.

The camera’s most notable feature is its 78-degree field-of-view, which eliminates the need for conference attendees to have to huddle together in front of it. The ConferenceCam also features a motorized panning and zooming system, a feature that allows users to control what - or who - is in the shot via the its remote control.

Logitech is pushing the camera as ideal for “the anywhere workplace”, though its clear that small groups on-site will find a lot of utility in it as well.

The Logitech ConferenceCam will land this May. Logitech, however, notes that it won’t be available via consumer electronics retailers like Best Buy but will instead be offered by “resellers who specialize in the business-to-business market.”

Updated: A previous version of this article incorrectly stated the price of the device. It has been fixed to reflect the proper price tag.
