Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus Specifications and Pictures
The Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus didn’t arrive on February 13 like Expansys originally had promised, and now looks set to hit Blighty in March.
This new release date comes via UK retailer KingOfGadgets, who is offering the Galaxy Ace upgrade for pre-order, with a promise to send out shipments in March. We’ve been in touch with both Expansys and Samsung for further clarification on the handset’s release, but we’re still awaiting a response.
Officially unwrapped back in January, the Galaxy Ace Plus improves on the original with a bumped-up spec sheet, which included Google’s new Android 2.3 Gingerbread software and a larger 3.65-inch 320 x 480 capacitive touch panel.
This, as you’d expect from a Sammy-branded Android phone, comes dressed in TouchWiz UI, equipping the phone with multiple customizable homescreens, Samsung Hubs and Samsung’s new ChatOn messenger, which ”connects all phone users – across any phone platform- into a single community.”
The Galaxy Ace sequel will also land touting a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, GPS, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, a 1300mAH battery and 3GB of included memory expandable to 32GB via microSD.
Don’t mind waiting? Head over to KingOfGadgets to pre-order your Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus for £249.99 SIM free. To be notified when the handset’s in stock, enter your email address in the box on the right of this page.
