Shogun Bros. Introduces Ballista MK-1 Gaming Mouse Specifications and Pictures
The creative hardware designers at Shogun Bros. aren't afraid to get a little funky, which would explain their Chameleon X-1 Wireless Gamepad Mouse, a dual-purpose input devices that functions as both a gamepad and a mouse, just like its name implies. The company's new Ballista MK-1 Gaming Mouse doesn't share the same split personality, but it does aim to make racking up headshots easier with a precision sniping system.
That's the company's fancy pants of way of describing the rodent's independent X and Y DPI settings, which you can use to set slow vertical or horizontal movement for stable targeting. It's not just for FPS gamers, though; the mouse comes with 20 customized pre-programmed DPI settings for FPS, MMO, RPG, and moseying about the desktop.
Other features include a 5700 DPI sensor, 1000Hz polling rate, 11 macro keys, 5 finger rests, a thumb selector for speed shoot, and a rubberized chassis.
Look for the Ballista MK-1 to be available in the second quarter of 2012. No word yet on price.
