Canon has introduced a new projector to its range, the XEED WUX5000. Adopting the LCoS display technology, this high performance projector provides 1920 x 1200 native resolution, 5000 ANSI lumens brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio and up to 3000 hours of lamp life (in Quiet Mode). In addition, it also comes with a built-in 5W monaural speaker and a number of connectivity ports including DVI-D, HDMI, D-Sub and 2x stereo mini jack. The XEED WUX5000 will go on sale in Europe and Asia sometime in March for unannounced price yet.
