It looks like Sony has officially dropped the price on their Sony Reader WiFi. The ereader was originally priced at $149.99 when it first went up for pre-order back in late-September (and then for-sale back in early-October). But the good news as of today, the Sony Reader WiFi, model number PRS-T1BC is now priced at $129.99. Granted, that is not a huge price drop, but it is one that places the Sony Reader in the same range as the competition. That being said, the Sony Reader WiFi brings features to include a 6 inch (600 x 800) E Ink Pearl display with Clear Touch Infrared, 1.3GB of internal storage space, a microSD Card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and USB. In addition, this model is WiFi only in terms of connectivity and weighs in at just 5.9 ounces. Also worth noting, the Sony Reader WiFi does not have any advertising on the device.
