NEC is gearing up to launch a new Full HD monitor in Japan called the LCD-EA243WM. Featuring a TN panel, this new 24.1-inch LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 25,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 170/160 degree viewing angles. What’s more, it also has two built-in 1W stereo speakers and a 4-port USB 2.0 Hub, and a number of connectivity ports including DisplayPort, DVI-D, mini D-Sub and HDMI. Coming in both white and black color options, the MultiSync LCD-EA243WM is scheduled to hit the Japanese market on January 18, 2012 for around 45,000 Yen (about $580).
