The Kube2 Touch MP3 Player Pictures

If you’re into tiny music players like the iPod shuffle, you might want to take a look at the Kube2 music player by a Singaporean company called Bluetree Electronics, who is boasting that the Kube2 is the world’s smallest touch MP3 player.

The device is actually the successor to the company’s first “Kube” MP3 player released two years ago. The difference between the devices is that the unlike the first generation which was made out of plastic, the Kube2 is made with an aluminum body with a touch sensor underneath it to help with navigation between songs by swiping along it to change songs, swiping diagonally pauses playback or enables shuffle mode, and holding your finger to the top or the bottom of the device adjusts the volume accordingly.

It will also feature a range of removable stickers to allow users to customize the look of their player. The Kube2 features a battery life of six hours continuous play and can be fully charged via USB in an hour according to the company. It will also feature support for microSD cards ranging between 512MB up to 32GB. It is currently only available in Singapore and retails for $35 with a 4GB memory card and will be on display at CES 2012.
