In the meantime of the Galaxy Nexus hitting Rogers, Samsung has officially released the Galaxy S Glide today. As expected this comes in at the $149.99 3-year contract price and rages north towards $549.99 no-term. The highlight, apart form being Android 2.3 (no word yet on the upgrade to ICS), is that it’s the only Galaxy S that has a slide out QWERTY keyboard. In addition, this comes with a 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 8 megapixel camera that records 1080p HD videos, a 1.2MP front-facing camera and Wi-Fi.

The Galaxy S Glide has now made it on the Rogers site, plus store are stocked up.
