ASRock has released their newest ATX motherboard ‘X79 Extreme9′ that supports for Intel’s latest Sandy Bridge-E (LGA 2011) processors. Based on Intel X79 chipset, this high-end motherboard is equipped with eight DDR3-2400+ memory slots, five PCI-Express x16 slots for SLI or CrossFireX setup, a special add-on card ‘ASRock Gamer Blaster’ and an active cooler for the X79 chipset. In terms of connectivity ports, it offers eight SATA 6.0 Gbps, four SATA 3.0 Gbps, two eSATA, Gigabit Ethernet, eight USB 3.0 and twelve USB 2.0. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing yet.
