LG is about to launch their latest 3D LCD monitor ‘D237IPS-PN’ in Japan. Supporting both 2D and 3D realizations, this new 23-inch widescreen monitor makes use of an IPS (In-Plane Switching) panel and provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness and 14ms response time. In terms of connectivity ports, it offers D-Sub, DVI-D and HDMI. The D237IPS-PN will become available in Japan from late October for around 30,000 Yen (about $390) and comes bundled with a pair of ultralight 3D glasses.
