At the end of this month Japanese company I-O Data will roll out a new LCD monitor, a model called LCD-DTV194XBR which features an 18.5-inch panel, LED backlighting and a built-in digital TV tuner enabling a nice balance between TV watching and PC work (or play).

The incoming display has a shiny black bezel, a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a 5ms response time, a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, 250 cd/m2 brightness, S-video, Composite, D-Sub and HDMI connectors, and two 3W speakers backed by SRS Labs' TruSurround XT technology.

The LCD-DTV194XBR is backed by a one-year warranty, it's bundled with a remote control, and costs about $297.
