Couple of months back Beetel had launched a 7-inch slate tablet in the form of Magiq. Now the company has introduced a new model dubbed as Magiq II, which is nothing but striped-down version of Magiq. Compared to Magiq' 1GHz processor and 8GB built-in memory, the Magiq II offers 768MHz processor and 8GB SD card, but no internal memory.

Rest of the features remain same: 7.0" WVGA multi-touch display (800*480), 2MP front and 2MP rear camera, trackpad, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, 3G, and Bluetooth. It is based on Android 2.2 operating system and has a 2200 mAh battery.

Price is changed from INR 9,999 ($202) to to INR 9,799 ($199).
